Shipping policy

This is a made to order product, please give us time to actually make it. When you place the order, the processing time is 3 – 5 business days before it ships. Processing time includes (but not limited to) manufacturing of your ordered design, quality checks, and packaging.

After processing, please allow 7 – 10 business days for delivery, with the tracking number. Tracking number is available the same day your item is shipped out to you.

Business days are Monday thru Friday (no Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays).
